We will investigate the matter and determine if an error has occurred within 15 days of your email. If we find that an error has taken place, we will correct it promptly and inform you of the results within three business days. If no error is found, we will provide you with a written explanation.
You also have the right to cancel a transfer and obtain a refund of all funds paid, including fees. To do so, you must contact us at the email address listed above before we deposit funds to a bank account or your recipient collects the remittance. When contacting us, please provide us with information that can help us identify the transfer you wish to cancel, including the amount and location where the funds were sent. We will refund your money within 10 business days of your request to cancel a transfer, provided that the funds have not already been picked up or deposited into the recipient's account.
