Nilfee ERROR RESOLUTION AND CANCELLATION NOTICE

WHAT TO DO IF YOU THINK THERE HAS BEEN AN ERROR OR A PROBLEM

If you believe that there has been an error or a problem with your money transfer, Nilfee encourages you to contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. You can send us an email at support@nilfee.com within 30 days of the date we promised to make the funds available to your recipient. Please include the following information in your email:

You must contact us within 30 days of the date we promised to you that funds would be made available to your recipient. When you do, please tell us:

  • Your name and email address
  • Details of the error or problem with the transfer, and why you believe it to be an error or problem
  • The name of the person receiving the funds, along with their telephone number or address (if known)
  • The native currency and amount of the transfer
  • The reference number for the transfer, as shown on the receipt we provided you at the time of the transaction

We will investigate the matter and determine if an error has occurred within 15 days of your email. If we find that an error has taken place, we will correct it promptly and inform you of the results within three business days. If no error is found, we will provide you with a written explanation.

WHAT TO DO IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL A MONEY TRANSFER

You also have the right to cancel a transfer and obtain a refund of all funds paid, including fees. To do so, you must contact us at the email address listed above before we deposit funds to a bank account or your recipient collects the remittance. When contacting us, please provide us with information that can help us identify the transfer you wish to cancel, including the amount and location where the funds were sent. We will refund your money within 10 business days of your request to cancel a transfer, provided that the funds have not already been picked up or deposited into the recipient's account.
